Survivor Rehibilitation

Survivors practice yoga

Rehibilitation at Odanadi means mental as well as physical healing. One of the primary means of mental healing at Odanadi is the practice of yoga. Instructions are often provided by the thriving yoga community in Mysore, and the practice has even prompted a global fundraising initiative termed "Yoga Stops Trafficking". Odanadi also provides a range of other programs, from karate to accupuncture, to aid rehibilitation.

Volunteer Abroad

Volunteering is a life changing experience, evident in the branches of Odanadi around the world, which were founded by inspired volunteers. The experience is an opportunity to forge life long friendships with survivors and activists, and offers a unique insight to the complicated socio-political factors that sustain trafficking. It is a hands-on, enriching, and often emotional experience like no other.
